PHASE 1 – DISCOVERY
(UI DESIGNS, CLICKABLE PROTOTYPE, USER STORIES, ERD DESIGN)
Our User Experience Designers will engage with the client frequently and provide a complete set of wireframes.
We then send across complete UI design screens based on our clients response upon reviewal. Once all screens have been approved the next step is presenting in depth user stories, once the user stories are approved by our client our design team then produce an ERD structure and work flow diagrams.
Once approved we then proceed to development.
Phase 2 – DEVELOPMENT
Our mobile app development team then proceed with development based on the agreed wireframes and user stories.
The mobile app development phase will be broken down into what we call sprints with each sprint representing a feature ie login/signup.
Each sprint once developed will be shared with the client for approval before moving onto the next sprint until completion.
Phase 3 – QUALITY ASSURANCE/ USER ACCEPTANCE TESTING
Each update, be it in Design or Development phase is verified by a dedicated QA agent who ensures the client’s brief is properly followed. In case of bugs/errors found with the updates, the project is sent back to the respective design/development team to re-produce.
Once the mobile application is deployed to the staging environment or when app files are given for review, we will start the user acceptance testing phase. The client will conduct a full scale review of the application and report any bugs/defects. The UAT phase will be a time boxed activity of 1 week.
Phase 4 – DEPLOYMENT
Once the client signs off the UAT phase of the project we will then proceed to deploy the application on the respected production server either provided by the client or on our own in-house servers.
We also provide all application files, and database in which our client can download their source files.
